Audrey Odigie named to All-Canadian Team

Ottawa's women's volleyball team captain Audrey Odigie was announced as a Second Team All-Canadian on March 11 at the All-Canadian Gala in Langley, B.C., host of the 2026 U SPORTS Women's Volleyball Championship Presented by Booster Juice. 

Odigie ranked fourth in U SPORTS in three important offensive categories: total kills (300), kills per set (3.95), and points per set (4.70).

The fourth-year outside hitter from Brampton, Ont., also added 34 service aces, ranking eleventh nationally and fourth in Ontario. She was second on the Gee-Gees with 2.38 digs per set, behind only the libero Jessica Goodman.

Her outstanding season helped lift Ottawa into the OUA quarterfinals, making her first postseason appearance of her U SPORTS career. Odigie was named an RSEQ First Team All-Star in 2023-24, and an OUA First Team All-Star in both 2024-25 and 2025-26.

This season she moved into third position in the team's history for career points scored with 1158, and also sits third in career kills during the rally point era with 979.

Odigie, a finance student, is the first Gee-Gee since the 2013-14 season to be recognized as an All-Canadian in women's volleyball, and the tenth player in team history overall.
