FOURTH YEAR (2019-20):

Appeared in 15 regular season games, starting 10, averaged 8.4 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per game… Missed six regular season games following an injury sustained in preseason finale vs. McGill (Oct. 26)… Returned to action with a 15-point performance against York (Nov. 22)… Had a season-high 16 points to go along with 7 rebounds at Ryerson (Jan. 24). 

THIRD YEAR (2018-19):

Appeared and started in all 23 regular season games averaging 15.0 points and 4.1 rebounds per game… Shot a career-best 42.4% from three on the season, finishing second in the OUA and ninth in the nation… 86 made three-pointers ranked second in the OUA and nation… Scored in double-figures on 16 different occasions… Had a career-high 31 points on 8-10 from three against Toronto (Jan. 26)… Had a career-high 9 rebounds vs. Lakehead (Nov. 16)… Finished second on the team in scoring.

SECOND YEAR (2017-18):

Appeared in 23 regular season game, starting 5, averaged 8.2 points per game while shooting 36.8 per cent from three… Scored 21 points on seven three-pointers in preseason matchup with Canisius (Aug. 22)… Earned first career start at Laurier (Nov. 10)… Scored a season-high 22 points shooting 5-5 from three at York (Jan. 12)… Had a season-high 7 rebounds against York (Feb. 17)… Had nine rebounds in OUA quarterfinal vs. Ryerson (Feb. 24).

FIRST YEAR (2016-17):

Appeared in 19 regular season games in his freshman season, averaging 3.9 points per game… Scored his first career points in the season opener at Algoma (Nov. 19)… Scored in double-figures for the first time at Laurier (Jan. 6) scoring 10 points… Scored a season-high 15 points against Toronto (Feb. 17).

BEFORE THE GEE-GEES:

Sabean starred for Horton H.S. in Wolfville, NS captaining the Griffins to a Division 1 Provincial Championship in 2016. On the provincial level, Sabean represented Nova Scotia at the 2012 U15 National Championships, 2013 Canada Games, and 2014 U17 National Championships.
