Bio

Hanna joined the Gee-Gees coaching staff during the 2023-24 season and is the full-time assistant coach. She previously held the role of Head Coach with the Ottawa Lady Senators and worked as Head of Hockey Development at the Ottawa Senators. As a player, Hanna competed for Finland in the 2008 U18 World Championships, helped lead Ilves to the 2011 European Club Championships, and won a silver medal at the 2011 World University Games. A member of Team Finland at the senior national level in 2010 and 2011, Hanna is a graduate of the University of Eastern Finland with a Bachelor’s degree in Education, and is pursuing her Master’s in Education.
