  • Major stat leaders:  
  • The Gee-Gees suffered their first loss of the 2023 season on the road against Concordia, falling 40-31 to the Stingers.
  • Glenn Roy is tied for first in the RSEQ with 42 points.
  • In their last two seasons, Ottawa has not lost a regular season game at Matt Anthony Field. Defeating Bishop's would give them a third consecutive undefeated regular season on home turf.

  • Bishop's started their season 2-0, just like Ottawa, before dropping their last game 33-7 to ETS last week.
  • The only team the Gee-Gees and the Gaiters have both seen this season are the Stingers. Bishop's kicked off their season with a 27-12 win over Concordia.
  • When Bishop's visited Ottawa last season, they were handed their first loss of the season. The Gee-Gees scored in the final moments of the game to secure the win.
