OTTAWA GAME NOTES

Major Stat Leaders

The Gee-Gees need to win to keep their playoff hopes alive. They currently sit in fifth place, one point behind Bishop's and two points behind the Université de Montréal in third (a win is worth four points). The top four teams make the playoffs.

With the team's lone try in their 41-7 loss to McGill last week, Duncan Hladik is now tied with Sam Mace for the most tries on the Gee-Gees with two apiece.

Nat Maginnis's 32 points (seven conversions and six penalties) are third in the RSEQ. His six penalty kicks are the most in the conference.

In the team's meeting last season, Elias Hancock scored Ottawa's try, with William Redgate converting it and notching a penalty kick.

SHERBROOKE GAME NOTES

Major Stat Leaders

  • Tries: Two players tied at 3
  • Conversions: Rémi Archambault – 6

In addition to leading his team in conversions, Rémi Archambault is tied with Jérémie Lardi for the team lead in tries.

The Vert & Or have conceded the most points in the RSEQ this season, despite playing only four games. They are allowing an average of 39 points per game.

Three players scored tries for Sherbrooke when the teams squared off last season; Francis Raschella (2), Clement Tisnerat and Arnaud Fréchet-Boudreau. However, none of them have appeared in a game this season.
