Bio
Role: GGP SR Staff, SR Coach for WVB & WBB.
Education: BA in French Literature, and a BEd in Education from uOttawa
Background: I’ve been active all my life. I played volleyball and beach volleyball competitively all throughout high school, playing at Franco-Cite and with the Ottawa Mavericks. When I came to uOttawa to study to be a teacher, I still played intramurals, but found myself going to the gym a lot more. I decided to get my gym certification because I was going to be a gym teacher. After a few years of teaching, I decided take a new path with my career and became a full-time personal trainer.
Interests: I enjoy running, yoga, baking, and spending time with my family and friends.
