The team consists of 12-15 males and females selected through a process of 2-3 tryouts. The team consists of hardworking individuals looking to improve their skills
On campus practices will consist of a mixture of guided fitness and skill training at a frequency of five hours per week. Additional group activities such as offsite fitness training, and/or team building activities may be presented. Practices will occur in two blocks, twice a week.
Throughout the season the team participates in generally five local tournaments as well as OUAs, and in the past, has witnessed a run of strong results, placing high or winning the tournament top divisions. The team is capable and aiming for a podium place at this year’s OUA.
